May 10th - May 12th 2024, beginning at 18:00  GMT, ArcTitan will be performing maintenance to all ArcTitan environments. This work will occur during our scheduled weekly maintenance window. Maintenance is expected to be complete by the end of our window at 23:00  GMT on Sunday, May 12th, 2024.

What Can You Expect During This Window?
During this maintenance, you can expect that your ArcTitan UI may experience brief periods of downtime or degraded performance. During the window recent emails may see a delay in being processed. They will still be retained and securely stored, but there may be a delay in processing speeds We endeavor to keep these periods as brief as possible.

Update:  We have securely stored mails sent to us during the maintenance period, but still in the processing them to make them searchable, which will continue until about May 13th, 5PM PT US.
