Go to the Basic Configuration > Data Guardians tab to add & manage data guardian email addresses, set transcript reference retention periods, and set identity-switching and auto-logout times for different user types.
You can also use the Data Guardians tab to configure global settings such as login failure limit, lock timeout, old password limit, and password expiry days.
