An ArcTitan customer admin can follow the steps below to complete their ArcTitan setup and initial configuration. You will need your ArcTitan login credentials and your journaling email address. If you did not receive an email with this information, contact Support to have it reissued immediately.


If you use Office 365, then Automated Onboarding for O365 Customers is available.

  1. Log in for the first time. Your login URL is your ArcTitan server with your company tag appended. For example, if your server is, your login is See ArcTitan Servers.

  2. Create a journaling rule on your mail server.

Once you have completed the steps above your mail is searchable in ArcTitan. However, you may also want to complete the optional steps below:
