    EWS is being deprecated - update permissions to continue using the Microsoft Exchange Backup product Print

    Microsoft is deprecating the EWS API used for M365 Exchange backups, on 1st Oct 2026.


    If you're protecting an Exchange tenant, please navigate to the M365 Overview page and update permissions by 30th September to avoid service disruption.
