Planned Maintenance Windows

  • Tuesday, 27 October 2026: CA3 and US2 servers

  • Wednesday, 28 October 2026: UK and EU servers

During these maintenance windows, customers may experience temporary interruptions when accessing the ArcTitan user interface.


Email archiving services are expected to remain operational throughout the maintenance.


We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide further updates once the maintenance has been completed.
