An AWS RDS end-of-life upgrade is scheduled for Monday 14 September 2026. A maximum of two (2) hours of downtime is expected. All work will be carried out outside of core working hours.

There will be no impact to journaling, but the ArcTitan web interface may be unavailable while the upgrade is in progress. No action is required from users.

This upgrade is taking place because the RDS version currently running on ArcTitan Arctitan environments has reached end-of-life and needs to be updated to stay current and secure.
